Siemian played college football at Northwestern and was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the seventh round of the 2015 NFL Draft. He earned a Super Bowl ring as a backup following the Broncos' Super Bowl 50 victory over the Carolina Panthers. He has also played for the Minnesota Vikings, New York Jets, and Tennessee Titans.
