Tsang Kin-shing (Chinese: 曾健成), nicknamed The Bull (阿牛), was born 1957 in Hong Kong. He was a member of the Legislative Council. He is current a member of Eastern District Council. He is mostly known as the founder of the controversial Citizens' Radio.
He is also a member of the League of Social Democrats.
