Nedunchezhiyan (11 July 1920 – 12 January 2000) was thrice the acting Chief Minister of the state of Tamil Nadu, India, serving between 4 February 1969 – 9 February 1969, 16 November 1984 – 9 February 1985 and 25 December 1987 – 6 January 1988. He was also finance minister under the governments of C. N. Annadurai, M. Karunanidhi, M. G. Ramachandran and J. Jayalalithaa.
