Vadim Fedotov (Russian: Вади́м Вади́мович Федо́тов, born January 19, 1985, Leningrad) is a Russian media manager, chairman of the Digital Committee as well as the managing director of the digital entities at Gazprom Media Holding, eastern and central Europe's largest media holding. He is also the chairman of the board of directors of Ruform LLS, the leading online video service in Russia. Fedotov is also a co-owner and CEO of a personalized medicine and biohacking startup Bioniq.
