Vasyl Hryhorovych Tsybenko (Ukrainian: Василь Григорович Цибенко; born 8 January 1950) is a Ukrainian politician and diplomat, who served as ambassador to Georgia [uk] from 2009 to 2015.
He was also the ambassador to Kazakhstan [uk] from 2001 to 2009.
He served as the Governor of Cherkasy Oblast from 1995 to 1998, and as Chairman of Cherkasy Oblast Council from 1994 to 1998.
