Veliša Mugoša (Serbian Cyrillic: Велиша Мугоша; 14 April 1931 – 14 April 1979) was a Yugoslav long-distance runner from Montenegro. He competed in the men's 5000 metres at the 1956 Summer Olympics. He finished in second place in the men's 5000 meters at the 1957 World University Games.
