Victor S. Gilliam (July 21, 1953 – June 18, 2020) was an American politician and part-time actor from the state of Oregon. A Republican, he served in the Oregon House of Representatives from the 18th District from his appointment in January 2007 until his resignation in January 2017. A native of Ohio, he has lived in Silverton, Oregon since 1998.
