Viktor (Bed) (secular name Віктор Васильович Бедь; born on 5 May 1964), is a Bishop of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (before that UOC (MP), UAOC), elected on 3 June 2015, the permanent member of the Holy Synod of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, and is the Bishop of the Mukachevo-Carpathian Diocese of the PSCU.
