Lieutenant General Nguyễn Phước Vĩnh Lộc (1923-2009) was an officer of the Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN) during the Vietnam War. He was born within Huế in the year 1923, when the city was a part of the French protectorate of Annam, French Indochina (now Thừa Thiên-Huế Province, Socialist Republic of Vietnam). He was also a cousin of the emperor Bảo Đại, the last Emperor of the Nguyễn dynasty.
