Vitaly Valentinovich Milonov (Russian: Виталий Валентинович Милонов; born 23 January 1974) is a Russian politician of the United Russia party. He has served as a Member of the State Duma since 2016. From 2007 to 2016 he was a Member of the Legislative Assembly of Saint Petersburg.
