Vitaly Petrovich Mukha (Russian: Виталий Петрович Муха; 17 May 1936 — 22 May 2005) was a Ukrainian-born Russian politician, who served as the first and third Governor of Novosibirsk Oblast from 1991 to 1993 and from 1995 to 2000.
