Vivian Balakrishnan FRCS MP (Tamil: விவியன் பாலகிருஷ்ணன்; born 25 January 1961) is a Singaporean politician. A member of the governing People's Action Party, he was appointed as Minister for Foreign Affairs by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. He was elected as the People's Action Party Central Executive Committee member.
