Vivienne Christiana Gracia Plumb (born 4 April 1955) is New Zealand poet, playwright, fiction writer, and an editor who is of both New Zealand and Australian heritage. Born in Sydney, Australia, Plumb received a BA in English Literature and an MA in Creative Writing from the International Institute of Modern Letters at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. She has also been awarded a Doctor of Creative Arts (DCA) from the University of Wollongong, Australia.
