Vladimir Ivanovich Starstenko (Russian: Влади́мир Ива́нович Старосте́нко; 2 September 1948 – 31 October 2017) was a Russian politician, statesman, economist, railway operator, and engineer who had served as the Head of the Moscow Railway from 2002 to 2009. He was also the Head of the West Siberian Railways from 1997 to 1999, and again from 1999 to 2002.
