Vladimir Aleksandrovich Usov (1957–2006), known as The Hunter of Boys, was a Soviet serial killer who raped and killed little boys. One of the youngest serial killers (began to kill at 17 years of age), he was declared insane and spent 30 years in psychiatric hospitals.
