Vladimir Viktorovich Uyba (Russian: Владимир Викторович Уйба), born in 1958, is a Russian statesman, scientist, and doctor, who has served as the 5th Head of the Komi Republic from 2020 to 2024. Before being appointed to that position, he was deputy health minister and head of the Federal Biomedical Agency.
