Vladislav Bulakhov (Russian: Владислав Булахов) is a Russian conductor, violinist, and Honoured Artist of Russia. He graduated from the Gnessin State Musical College and has been working in the concert philharmonic association of GBUK "Mosconcert" in Moscow.
