Vladislav Maksimovich Zotin (Russian: Владислав Максимович Зотин) (born 1942) is a retired Russian Politician who served as President of Mari El in 1991 to early 1997. As president, he was responsible for maintaining peace, order and the rule of law in Mari El. At the same time, he garnered controversy for electoral fraud.
