Volodymyr Ivanovych Radchenko (Ukrainian: Володимир Іванович Радченко; 23 October 1948 – 4 January 2023) was a Ukrainian politician and General of Army of Ukraine. Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (1994–1995). Head of the Security Service of Ukraine (1995–1998, 2001–2003). Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (2003–2005). Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine (12 January — 25 May 2007).
