Vyacheslav Fadeyevich Khizhnyakov (Russian: Вячеслав Фадеевич Хижняков; born 6 February 1952), is a Russian politician who served as the third Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia [ru] to the Federation Council from 1999 to 2004. He was the Ataman of the Don Cossacks [ru], and the first ataman of the military Cossack society "Great Don Army" from 1997 to 1999.
