Jonathan Savage Elizabeth Leigh Hart, an actress, and Warren Herbert Savage, a New York City police officer, are to be married today at Louis XVI, a restaurant in Patchogue, N.Y. Edward P. Donnellan, a retired village justice of Lake Grove, N.Y., will officiate. The bride, 22, will take her husband`s name. She has performed in national tours of ``Annie`` and ``Meet Me in St. Louis,`` and appeared in ``Sabrina, the Teenage Witch,`` the television sitcom. The bride`s sister, Melissa Joan Hart, was the star of the program, and her mother, Paula Hart of Sherman Oaks, Calif., was its executive producer. The bride`s father, William Hart, lives in West Sayville, N.Y., where he owns Hart Lobster, a wholesale fish company. The bridegroom, 24, is assigned to the 103rd Precinct in Jamaica, Queens. His mother, Denise Savage of Sayville, N.Y., is a nurse at Stony Brook University Hospital in Stony Brook, N.Y. His father, Warren R. Savage of Jamesport, N.Y., is a lieutenant with the Suffolk County Police Department, in Bay Shore, N.Y.
