Warren Darrel Chisum (born July 4, 1938) is a conservative Republican, former member of the Texas House of Representatives from the Panhandle city of Pampa, a community of some 20,000 people and the seat of Gray County, Texas. His service began in January 1989. A key lieutenant of former Speaker Tom Craddick, of Midland, Chisum chaired the budget-writing House Appropriations Committee from 2007 to 2009.
