William Lee Chiongbian (December 7, 1914 – August 17, 2002) was a Filipino politician and businessman. He represented Misamis Oriental's at-large congressional district in the House of Representatives. He is also the founder of the Cebu-based shipping company, William Lines and a patron of football in the Philippines.
