William Charles Groves (18 August 1898 – 11 July 1967) was an Australian educator and public servant. He served as Director of Education in Nauru and Papua and New Guinea between 1937 and 1958. He was also a member of the Legislative Council of Papua and New Guinea from 1951 to 1958.
