Details
Wisam al Zubaidi aka Abu Nabil was the Governor of Salah ad Din and later Chief of Islamic State in Libya. It is believed that Zubaidi was killed in a November 2015 in an airstrike by U.S. F-15 aircraft on a small compound outside of Derna in eastern Libya.
