Wu Zhichao (Chinese: 吴志超; born 1914 – died October 16, 1990) was a Chinese industrialist and political figure. A native of Jiading, Shanghai, he was a prominent representative of China's industrial and commercial circles and served for many years in both the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
