Xia Xinmin (Chinese: 夏心旻; born May 1965) is a Chinese politician currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress. He has held numerous political positions across Jiangsu Province, including mayor and Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary of Yangzhou, mayor of Nanjing, and Vice Governor of Jiangsu.
