Xie Hua'an (born 16 August 1941) is a Chinese agronomist best known for developing the hybrid rice "Shan-You 63". He is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He was a delegate to the 8th and 11th National People's Congress. He was a member of the 9th and 10th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
