Xing Shanping (born in April 1968, Chinese: 邢善萍), born in He County, Ma'anshan, Anhui, China, is a Chinese politician. She previously served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and Head of its Organization Department, and as Deputy Secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.
