Xu Zhonglin (Chinese: 许仲林; born December 1943) is a Chinese politician who served as governor of Anhui from 2000 to 2002 and chairperson of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference from 2003 to 2008.
