Yahya Afridi (Urdu: یحیٰ آفریدی; born 23 January 1965) is a Pakistani jurist who is currently serving as the chief justice of Pakistan since 26 October 2024. He previously served as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan since 28 June 2018. Prior to his elevation to the Supreme Court, Afridi served as chief justice of the Peshawar High Court from 2016 to 2018, and as a justice of the PHC from 2010 to 2016. Early in his career he worked as a private lawyer, enrolling in various provincial and federal level legal posts. Afridi is the first Chief Justice of two Apex Courts (Supreme Court and Peshawar High Court) having family roots in those areas of present-day Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that were once the Federally Administered Tribal Areas. He is also the first chief justice to be appointed under the articles of the 26th Amendment to the Constitution of Pakistan, being nominated by a Special Parliamentary Committee on 22 October 2024.
