Yang Taifang (Chinese: 杨泰芳; 30 April 1927 – 17 July 2012) was a Chinese politician who served as minister of posts and telecommunications from 1984 to 1994, chairperson of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress from 1993 to 1998, and president of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese from 1994 to 1999.
