Yang Wanming (Chinese: 杨万明; born March 1964) is a Chinese diplomat who currently serves as chair and Party Secretary of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. He previously held several ambassadorial posts in Latin America and served as deputy director of the Hong Kong and Macao Work Office. Over a career spanning more than three decades, he has been deeply engaged in China's diplomatic work in Latin America, multilateral affairs, and people-to-people exchanges.
