Erbolat Askarbekuly Dosaev (Kazakh: Erbolat Asqarbekuly Dosaev, born 21 May 1970) was named deputy prime minister of Kazakhstan on 29 August 2017. He served as the finance minister from 16 June 2003 head of the Agency for Regulating Natural Monopolies, and later as the health minister. In January 2013, Dosaev was appointed head of a reorganized ministry of economic affairs.
