He is a former Lumpinee Stadium, Rajadamnern Stadium, Omnoi Stadium, WMC, WBC, ISKA, WKN, WAKO, Thai Fight, MAX Muay Thai, and IBF champion. Boughanem currently trains out of Petchsaman Gym in Thailand.
