Yuan Gai (August 1922 – September 10, 1987, Chinese: 袁改), born in Huaxian County, Shaanxi Province, was a Chinese politician and served as the chairman of the 5th Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
