Yūko Ōtsubaki (Japanese: 大椿 裕子, Hepburn: Ōtsubaki Yūko; born August 14, 1973) is a Japanese politician and labor activist. She is a member of the House of Councillors, representing the Social Democratic Party (SDP), and serves as a vice-chair of the party. She previously served as the chairperson of the Osaka Educational Workers' Union. She is married; her spouse is a Catalan from Barcelona.
