Yuriy Tskhay (also spelled Yuri Tskhay, Yuri Tskhai, Yuri Chae; born 14 October 1948) is a Kazakh businessman, politician, and former boxing coach. He is a former member of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (4th and 5th convocations) and former boxing coach of the USSR, Kazakhstan and South Korea.
