Zahra Joya (Persian/Dari/Hazaragi: زهرا جویا) is an ethnic Hazara journalist from Afghanistan. She is the founder of Rukhshana Media, an outlet in Persian (or "Dari" as that language is known in Afghanistan) and English which she runs from exile.
