Zeng Jingbing (November 27, 1912 – May 27, 1967, Chinese: 曾镜冰), initially known as Zeng Yufan (Chinese: 曾毓蕃), born in Liantianyuan Village in Qiongshan County, Hainan Province, was a Chinese politician. He served as Deputy Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and Chairman of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
