Zhang Jian (Chinese: 张健; born March 1956) is a retired Chinese politician who served as chairman of the Xiamen Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) from 2015 to 2020. He previously served as vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial People's Congress, Party secretary of Longyan, and mayor of Sanming, Fujian Province.
