Zhang Lingping (Chinese: 张令平; born July 1962) is a former Chinese politician who his entire career in northwest China's Gansu province. He was investigated by China's top anti-graft agency in August 2020. Previously he served as party secretary of both cities of Jinchang and Dingxi. He was a delegate to the 12th National People's Congress.
