Zhang Shaoqin (Chinese: 张少琴, born May 1953) is a Chinese professor and politician from Xinjiang County, Shanxi. He is a member of the China National Democratic Construction Association and has served in multiple high-ranking political and academic positions in China. Zhang has contributed to national governance, labor organizations, and overseas Chinese affairs through his work in the National People's Congress and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions.
