Zhang Wentong (Chinese: 张文彤; born September 1968) is a Chinese engineer and public administrator. He currently serves as Vice Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the People's Republic of China and as a Vice Chairperson of the China Democratic National Construction Association (CDNCA). He is a representative of the 14th National People's Congress.
