Zhang Yumin (September 1927 – January 22, 2016, Chinese: 张渝民), hailing from Chongqing, Sichuan Province, was a Chinese politician. He held positions as a member of the Standing Committee of the CCP Fujian Provincial Committee, Secretary-General of the Provincial Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, and Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial People's Congress.
