Zhou Chengkui (Chinese: 周成奎; born February 1942) is a Chinese politician and legal scholar who served as a member of the Leading Party Members' Group and full-time vice president of the China Law Society. He graduated from the Department of Technical Physics at Peking University and joined the Chinese Communist Party in 1967. Zhou previously held several positions within key national research and legislative organs, including the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress.
