Zhou Guofu (Chinese: 周国富; born July 1945) is a Chinese politician who served as chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) from 2007 to 2011. He previously served as deputy secretary of the Chinese Communist Party Zhejiang Provincial Committee, secretary of the Chinese Communist Party Zhejiang Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, secretary of the Politics and Law Commission of the Chinese Communist Party Zhejiang Provincial Committee, and head of the Organization Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee. After leaving provincial office, he served as deputy director of the Committee on Culture, Historical Data and Studies.
