Zhou Haiyan (Chinese: 周海燕; born 3 January 1990) is a Chinese track and field athlete who competes in middle-distance events. She holds personal bests of 2:03.00 and 4:13.32 minutes for the 800 metres and 1500 metres events, respectively. She was the champion in both races at the 2009 Asian Athletics Championships.
