Zhu Xiaoqing (Chinese: 朱孝清; born June 1950) is a Chinese jurist and former senior prosecutor who held several major positions in Zhejiang Province and at the national level. He served as procurator-general of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Procuratorate, vice chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, and later as deputy procurator-general and a member of the Procuratorial Committee of the Supreme People's Procuratorate. He is currently a vice chair of the Academic Committee of the China Law Society.
