I worked in TV for around 10 years, (first for the BBC then later independent), and throughout that time David claimed to be single. It`s his perogative, and he is by no means the only person in television who has gone to great lengths to stop certain details from becoming public knowlege! I will not break confidences by giving out names, but I do know that David has been in a relationship for some time.
